Thomas Fischer assists and advises legal counsel and companies participating in trade remedy proceedings. In this capacity, Thomas prepares questionnaire responses and databases for submission to the U.S. Department of Commerce and participates in on-site verifications. Thomas also has experience developing and preparing economic analyses presented in injury investigations conducted by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
