Rachel Jennings brings deep knowledge of antidumping methodology and the procedural aspects of trade remedy cases administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  Prior to joining Uno Trade, she worked for eight years at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Enforcement.  During this time, Rachel worked on a wide range of trade remedy proceedings and developed significant experience in antidumping investigations and administrative reviews and circumvention inquiries.
