Colleen Cosey is a Senior Consultant at Uno Trade specializing in preparing and validating antidumping questionnaire responses and databases submitted to the U.S. Department of Commerce. She has also participated in and prepared companies for on-site verifications conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Colleen has extensive experience using the World Customs Organization Harmonized System to classify products for import into various markets and recently passed the CBP Customs Broker License exam. Colleen relies on this expertise to perform surrogate value research in non-market economy proceedings.
