Colleen Cosey assists legal counsel and companies participating in antidumping proceedings conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Her experience includes preparing questionnaire responses and assisting at on-site verifications performed by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Colleen is also a licensed and has extensive experience using the World Customs Organization Harmonized System to classify products.
